Knowledge of Buyer definition

Knowledge of Buyer. Means the actual knowledge of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx.
Knowledge of Buyer means the actual knowledge of any of the following personnel of Buyer within the scope of their employment responsibilities and the knowledge that any such person would have after reasonable inquiry: Xxxxxx Xxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx.
