Knowledge of Holdings definition

Knowledge of Holdings means the knowledge of Xxxxx XxXxxxxx, Xxxxx XxXxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxx, in each case after due inquiry.

Knowledge of Holdings means the actual knowledge of a particular fact or other matter by individuals listed on Schedule 6.14.
