Knowledge of Purchaser definition

Knowledge of Purchaser means the actual knowledge, after reasonable investigation, of any of those persons identified in Section 1.1(bbb) of the Purchaser Disclosure Letter.
Knowledge of Purchaser means the actual knowledge of the senior officers of the Purchaser or other employees of the Purchaser actively involved in the transactions contemplated hereby.

More Definitions of Knowledge of Purchaser

Knowledge of Purchaser means the actual knowledge of the Persons listed on Section 1.1 of the Purchaser Disclosure Schedule.
