Landing Gear definition

Landing Gear means the installed main and nose landing gear, components and their associated actuators, side braces and parts.
Landing Gear means the landing gear assembly of the Aircraft excluding any rotable components.
Landing Gear means the landing gear specified in Schedule 1 and any replacement landing gear installed on the Airframe in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, title to which is vested in Lessor in accordance with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Landing Gear

Landing Gear means the complete strut assembly of each landing gear installed on the Airframe on the Delivery Date (or any replacement for any such landing gear made pursuant to the terms of this Lease) and shall consist of the inner and outer cylinders of the main landing gear and the nose landing gear, including the truck assembly and axles of such landing gear.
Landing Gear means the landing gear installed on the Airframe on the Delivery Date (or such landing gear as may be substituted therefor after the Delivery Date in accordance with this Lease.
Landing Gear means each landing gear assembly of the Aircraft identified by serial numbers in the Lease Supplement and any landing gear assembly substituted for any such identified landing gear assembly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Landing Gear means the complete strut assembly, consisting of the inner and outer cylinders of each main landing gear and nose landing gear and all associated parts that comprise each landing gear assembly, as listed in the Aircraft Documents including side struts, braces, and uplock and downlock mechanisms but excluding, without limitation, rotable parts such as wheels, tires, brakes, transducers and switch assemblies, title to which is vested in Lessor;
Landing Gear means, whether or not installed on an airframe, each landing gear, (nose gear and main gear), together with any and all modules and Parts which are either incorporated or installed from time to time in or attached to such Landing Gear.
Landing Gear means (i) each of the three landing gear listed in the Lease Supplement, (ii) any and all Parts, so long as such Parts are incorporated in, installed on, attached to or appurtenant to any such landing gear assemblies or so long as title to such Parts is vested in LESSOR in accordance with the terms of Section 8(A) after removal from any such landing gear, and (iii) all substitutions, replacements or renewals from time to time made in or to any such landing gear or to any of the Parts referred to in clause (ii) above as required or permitted under this Lease.
Landing Gear. With respect to the Landing Gear, the performance in accordance with the Lease, of all work on the landing gear in the nature of overhaul and requiring removal and disassembly, the lesser of (x) the amount of that invoice and (y) an amount equal to the aggregate amount of the Landing Gear Supplemental Rent paid under the Lease at the date such work starts less the aggregate amount previously paid by Lessor under this sub-clause.
