Landlord Consent definition

Landlord Consent means a Landlord Consent substantially in the form of Exhibit G.

Landlord Consent means the consent (or waiver) of a landlord under a Leased Real Property, as shall be required pursuant to the terms of the relevant Assigned Lease, to assign or sublease such Leased Real Property to Purchaser or its designated Subsidiary.

• Deliver to Agent, concurrently with the execution by Borrower, as lessee, of any lease pertaining to real property, (i) an executed copy thereof, (ii) at the option of Agent, either a leasehold mortgage upon or a collateral assignment of such lease in favor of Agent, in either case in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, and (iii) a Landlord Consent and Waiver from the lessor under such lease.

More Definitions of Landlord Consent

Landlord Consent means a consent in the form of Exhibit C or such other form as Lender may agree to accept.

Landlord Consent means any contractual approval or consent that the landlord or owner of one or more of the Divestiture Assets, or of the property on which one or more of the Divestiture Assets is situated, must grant prior to the transfer of one of the Divestiture Assets to an Acquirer.
