Landlord Consent definition

Landlord Consent means a Landlord Consent substantially in the form of Exhibit G.
Landlord Consent means the consent (or waiver) of a landlord under a Leased Real Property, as shall be required pursuant to the terms of the relevant Assigned Lease, to assign or sublease such Leased Real Property to Purchaser or its designated Subsidiary.

More Definitions of Landlord Consent

Landlord Consent means a consent in the form of Exhibit C or such other form as Lender may agree to accept.
