Landlord Indemnitees definition

Landlord Indemnitees means, collectively, Landlord, each Lessor, each Mortgagee and their respective partners, members, managers, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, trustees and agents.

Landlord Indemnitees has the meaning given such term in Section 4.03(c).
