Landlord Party definition
Landlord Party or “Landlord Parties” shall mean Landlord, any affiliate of Landlord, Landlord’s managing agents for the Building, each mortgagee (if any), each ground lessor (if any), and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents or representatives. For the purposes of this Lease, the term “Tenant Party” or “Tenant Parties” shall mean Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.
Landlord Party means Landlord and any Landlord Affiliate, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, constituent partners, members, managers, principals, employees, staff, consultants, contractors, agents and professional advisors.
Landlord Party means (1) any principal, partner, member, officer, stockholder, director, employee or agent of Landlord or of any partner or member of any partnership constituting Landlord, disclosed or undisclosed, (2) any Underlying Lessor or any principal, partner, member, officer, stockholder, director, employee or agent thereof, and (3) any Mortgagee or any principal, partner, member, officer, stockholder, director, employee or agent thereof; and “Landlord Parties” shall have the corresponding plural meaning.

In addition, in the event that any action or proceeding shall be brought against one or more Landlord Parties by reason of any such claim, Tenant, upon request from the Landlord Party, shall resist and defend such action or proceeding on behalf of the Landlord Party by counsel appointed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s insurer (if such claim is covered by insurance without reservation) or otherwise by counsel reasonably satisfactory to the Landlord Party.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, (i) Tenant shall not be obligated to indemnify a Landlord Party for any claims to the extent that such Landlord Party’s damages in fact result from a Landlord Party’s gross negligence or willful misconduct and (ii) Tenant’s indemnification obligations shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10.13.

Landlord Party means one or more of Landlord and any officer, shareholder, partner, employee or agent of Landlord and its and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns. TENANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS PROVISION SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO MEAN THAT NO LANDLORD PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE TO TENANT, ANY TENANT PARTY OR ANY INVITEE OF TENANT OR A TENANT PARTY FOR ANY ALLEGED, THREATENED OR PROVEN NEGLIGENCE OF LANDLORD OR ANY LANDLORD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN.
Landlord Party means any of Landlord, any Landlord Entity, the Port Authority 34 and each of their respective direct and indirect commissioners, partners, officers, shareholders, directors, 35 members, trustees, beneficiaries, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents and representatives.
Landlord Party or "LANDLORD PARTIES" means Landlord, its members and managers (including, without limitation, TKG Monte Vista, LLC, a California limited liability company, Masson Land, a California general partnership, Nut Tree, a California limited partnership, TKG Coffee Tree Two, LLC, a California limited liability company), and each of their respective partners, members, managers, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, beneficiaries, trustees, agents and attorneys (including, without limitation, The Kivelstadt Group), and each of their respective successors and assigns.
