Landscape Easement Area definition

Landscape Easement Area means and refer to each and all of those certain portions, if any, of the Property legally described on Exhibit C hereto attached, or any such additions thereto (by way of grant from Declarant or other).
Landscape Easement Area meanst the approximate then (10) foot portion of land adjacent to the streets in the Covered Property and the entryways to Mountain Park Ranch which is subject to an easement for landscaping, sidewalks, perimeter walls and utility access as described in Article IV, Section 2 below. The landscaping, sidewalk, perimeter wall and utility access easement shall be granted or created on a recorded subdivision plat or Tract Declaration or by deed or other conveyance accepted by Declarant or the Association.
Landscape Easement Area means a non-exclusive easement appurtenant to a Lot on, over and across a certain portion of the Master Association Property immediately contiguous to such Lot for the installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of landscaping (and related irrigation systems) and fences. The Landscape Easement Areas in this first Phase of the Community are generally depicted on Exhibit "LEA" attached hereto. The Landscape Easement Areas located in any subsequent Phase will be generally depicted on an Exhibit attached to the Notice of Annexation recorded for such Phase.

  • The Planning Board may require a Landscape Easement to restrict the ability of the owner/operator of the LSSF from removing any trees within the Landscape Easement Area other than those that are dead or dying and/or present a hazard to persons and/or property.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Coastal area means coastal area as defined in section 22a-93(3) of the Connecticut General Statutes. “Coastal waters” means coastal waters as defined in section 22a-93(5) of the Connecticut General Statutes. “Commissioner” means commissioner as defined in section 22a-2(b) of the Connecticut General Statutes.

  • Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.
