Last Availability Date definition

Last Availability Date means, in respect of each Advance, 200 days after the Scheduled Delivery Date for the relevant Ship (as set out in Schedule 2 (Ship information)) relating to that Advance under the Building Contract for that Ship (or such later date as may be approved by the Lenders).
Last Availability Date means the date specified as such in the Loan Agreement.

  • The Borrower's right to draw down from the Available Amount shall become effective on the Effective Date and shall terminate on the Last Availability Date or such later date as the Bank may establish after receipt of a prior written request from the Borrower (which request shall, where there is a Guarantee Agreement, be countersigned by the Guarantor).

  • The Available Commitments of a Facility or Tranche which have not been utilised by the Last Availability Date applicable to such Facility or Tranche shall be automatically cancelled at 17:00 on such Last Availability Date.
