Last Day definition
Last Day means Participant’s last day of employment with the Company and/or Subsidiaries regardless of the reason for Participant’s separation, including voluntary or involuntary. It does not encompass Participant’s direct employment between Company Subsidiaries and/or affiliates. As set forth below, such movement shall be deemed as unbroken and as continued employment under this Agreement and these covenants.

Notwithstanding the occurrence and passage of the Last Day for an Advance, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until all amounts owed under this Agreement and the Note purchased by FFB under this Agreement have been paid in full.
The obligation of FFB under this Agreement to make Advances under the Note issued by the Borrower shall expire on the "Last Day for an Advance" specified in the Note.

If you sign this Agreement and comply with all its terms, you will receive Company-provided term life insurance coverage equal to one year of your base salary in effect as of your Separation Date for a one-year period following your Last Day of Work (the “Extended Coverage Period”).

If the Plan is a Nonstandardized Plan, the Employer must specify in its Adoption Agreement whether the Participant will benefit under the Plan if the Participant is not employed by the Employer on the Accounting Date of the Plan Year or other specified date. If the Plan is a Nonstandardized money purchase Plan or target benefit Plan, the Plan conditions Employer contribution allocations on a Participant’s employment with the Employer on the last day of the Plan Year for the Plan Year in which the Employer terminates the Plan.
