Late model vehicle definition

Late model vehicle means that term as defined in section 24b of the Michigan vehicle code, 1949 PA 300, MCL 257.24b.
Late model vehicle. ’ means any motor vehicle which has a man- ufacturer’s model year designation of or later than the year in which the vehicle was wrecked or damaged or any of the six preceding years;
Late model vehicle means the current-year model of a vehicle and the five preceding model years, 930 or any vehicle whose actual cash value is determined to have been at least $ 10,000 prior to being 931 damaged.
