Late Payment Amount definition

Late Payment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.8.
Late Payment Amount as defined in Section 3.1.
Late Payment Amount has the meaning given to it in Clause 2.2.

Late Payment Amount means in relation to any Overdue Amount a late payment amount that is calculated on a daily basis in respect of the period from, and including, the due date for such Overdue Amount to, but excluding, the date of settlement in full of such Overdue Amount, as the product of: (i) 1% per annum; (ii) the Overdue Amount; and (iii) the number of days when such Overdue Amount is outstanding divided by 360.

Late Payment Amount means an amount payable by the Cardholder in relation to any amount not paid on the Payment Due Date as designated by the Bank from time to time and in accordance to these Terms and Conditions.
