Launch Period definition
Launch Period means a period of two (2) months days during which the Launch is scheduled to occur, as specified in Paragraph 6.1 and as such Launch Period may be adjusted in accordance with Article 7 entitled “Launch Schedule Adjustments.” Launch Service means those services to be provided by Contractor to Customer for a single Launch, utilizing a Proton Launch Vehicle, as set forth in Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2.
Launch Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.
Launch Period means the period beginning on the Launch Date and ending on the last day of the second full Quarter following the Launch Date.
Examples of Launch Period in a sentence
The Parties will cooperate in good faith to select a new Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Date.
The date allocated shall not begin earlier than the first day of the Launch Period requested by CUSTOMER.
The written request for a Replacement Launch shall indicate the Launch Period requested by CUSTOMER within one of the periods specified in Sub-paragraph 13.1.2 above.
Until the new Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Date is selected in accordance with this Paragraph 7.2, the then-current launch schedule shall remain in effect.
The request shall indicate the Launch Period desired for the replacement launch.
More Definitions of Launch Period
Launch Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 2006.
Launch Period means the period of manufacturing Product for First Launch and for the next Contract Year after said First Launch.
Launch Period means a period of 90 calendar days during which the Launch is scheduled to occur.
Launch Period means the period commencing on the Launch Date and ending ninety (90) days after the Launch Date.
