Launch Slot definition

Launch Slot means a thirty (30) day period of time within the Launch Period during which the Launch will occur.

Launch Slot means a [***…***] Day period of time during which a Launch Service will occur.

Launch Slot means either the First Launch Slot or the Second Launch Slot, as the case may be.

Examples of Launch Slot in a sentence

• The Parties will cooperate in good faith to select a new Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Date.

• Until the new Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Date is selected in accordance with this Paragraph 7.2, the then-current launch schedule shall remain in effect.

• The CUSTOMER’s written notice for postponement shall indicate the new requested (i) Launch Period, or (ii) Launch Slot, or (ii) Launch Day, as the case may be.

• The length of delay shall be measured from the first day of the then current Launch Period or Launch Slot or the Launch Date, if established, to the first day of the new Launch Period or Launch Slot or the new Launch Date, as applicable.

• For the avoidance of any doubt, CUSTOMER’s existing Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Day (as applicable) shall not be relinquished until CUSTOMER has agreed to the new Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Day (as applicable) pursuant to the provisions of this Paragraph 11.2.

More Definitions of Launch Slot

Launch Slot means, with respect to a Satellite, the thirty (30) Calendar Day period within its applicable Launch Period or prior to such Launch Period that is selected by Contractor and Customer, and mutually agreed upon by Contractor and the Launch Agency on or before twelve (12) months prior to the Launch Period for such Satellite, during which such thirty (30) Calendar Day period the Launch of such Satellite is scheduled to occur.

Launch Slot means a [***...***] period of time during which a Launch Date is to occur, as established by the Parties under this Agreement in accordance with Section 4.1.

Launch Slot means a 30 calendar day window, with associated launch site location assignment, given to a mission and integrated LV configuration for when the Launch is scheduled to occur. This is assigned in coordination with the Current Launch Schedule Review Board (CLSRB).

Launch Slot means the period 1 March 1999 through 31 March 1999, as such period may be adjusted by agreement of the Parties, during which the Launch is scheduled to occur.

Launch Slot means a thirty (30) day period within the Launch Period during which the Launch is scheduled to occur, as established in accordance with Article 6 entitled "Launch Schedule" and as may be adjusted in accordance with Article 7 entitled "Launch Schedule Adjustments"

Launch Slot shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 (Designation of Launch Period, Launch Slot, Launch Interval and Launch Date).

Launch Slot means a period of thirty (30) days during which the launch is scheduled to occur as set forth in Contract between the Launch Service Provider and the Client.
