LC Amount definition

LC Amount means the dollar amount set forth next to each LC Participant’s name on Schedule A to this Agreement.
LC Amount has the meaning given in the Aircraft Lease Agreement.
LC Amount at any time, the aggregate undrawn face amount of all Letters of Credit and LC Guaranties then outstanding.

Examples of LC Amount in a sentence

  • Without notice or demand, if the sum of the outstanding principal balance of the Revolving Advances plus the L/C Amount shall at any time exceed the Borrowing Base, the Borrower shall (i) first, immediately prepay the Revolving Advances to the extent necessary to eliminate such excess; and (ii) if prepayment in full of the Revolving Advances is insufficient to eliminate such excess, pay to the Lender in immediately available funds for deposit in the Special Account an amount equal to the remaining excess.

  • If, as a result of any drawing by Landlord of all or any portion of the L-C, the amount of the L-C shall be less than the L-C Amount, Tenant shall, within five (5) days thereafter, provide Landlord with additional letter(s) of credit in an amount equal to the deficiency, and any such additional letter(s) of credit shall comply with all of the provisions of this Article 21.

  • If the Credit Facility is terminated for any reason while any Letter of Credit is outstanding, the Borrower shall thereupon pay the Lender in immediately available funds for deposit in the Special Account an amount equal to the L/C Amount.

  • If the Credit Facility is terminated for any reason while any Letter of Credit is outstanding, the Borrower shall thereupon pay the Lender in immediately available funds for deposit in the Special Account an amount equal to the L/C Amount plus any anticipated fees and costs.

  • If the Credit Facility is terminated for any reason whatsoever while any Letter of Credit is outstanding, the Borrower shall thereupon pay the Lender in immediately available funds for deposit in the Special Account an amount equal to the L/C Amount.


More Definitions of LC Amount

LC Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
LC Amount means at any time of determination, the sum of the amounts then available to be drawn under all outstanding Letters of Credit.
LC Amount means the sum of (i) the aggregate face amount of all issued and outstanding Letters of Credit, plus (ii) Unreimbursed L/C Obligations.
LC Amount at any time, the aggregate undrawn available amount of all Letters of Credit then outstanding plus the amount of LC Obligations that have not been reimbursed by Borrowers or funded with a Revolving Credit Loan.
