LC Fee Rate definition

LC Fee Rate means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.
LC Fee Rate means, at any date, a rate per annum equal to the Euro-Dollar Margin at such date.

LC Fee Rate has the meaning set forth in the Pricing Schedule.
LC Fee Rate means, at any time for any Borrower, the "LC Fee Rate" applicable for such Borrower at such time in accordance with the provisions of the Pricing Schedule.
