LC Issuance Limit definition

LC Issuance Limit means, with respect to each Issuing Bank, the amount set forth on Schedule 1.02 opposite such Issuing Bank’s name.
LC Issuance Limit means, for any Issuing Bank, the maximum aggregate amount specified for such Issuing Bank on Schedule 2.05.
