LC Issuer definition

LC Issuer means Bank of America in its capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, or any successor issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder.
LC Issuer means Bank One (or any subsidiary or affiliate of Bank One designated by Bank One) in its capacity as issuer of Facility LCs hereunder.
LC Issuer means JPMCB (or any subsidiary or affiliate of JPMCB designated by JPMCB) in its capacity as issuer of Facility LCs hereunder.

  • The responsibility of the LC Issuer to the Borrower and each Lender shall be only to determine that the documents (including each demand for payment) delivered under each Facility LC in connection with such presentment shall be in conformity in all material respects with such Facility LC.

  • Upon receipt from the beneficiary of any Facility LC of any demand for payment under such Facility LC, the LC Issuer shall notify the Administrative Agent and the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower and each Lender as to the amount to be paid by the LC Issuer as a result of such demand and the proposed payment date (the “LC Payment Date”).

More Definitions of LC Issuer

LC Issuer means Bank of America in its capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, or any successor issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder. “L/C Obligations” means, as at any date of determination, the aggregate amount available to be drawn under all outstanding Letters of Credit plus theaggregate of all Unreimbursed Amounts, including all L/C Borrowings. For purposes of computing the amount available to be drawn under any Letter ofCredit, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.06. For all purposes of this Agreement, if on any date of determination a Letter of Credit has expired by its terms but any amount may still be drawn thereunder by reason of the operation of Rule 3.14 of the ISP, such Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be “outstanding” in the amount so remaining available to be drawn.
LC Issuer means one or more banks, trust companies or other Persons in each case expressly identified by Administrative Agent from time to time, in its sole discretion, as an LC Issuer for purposes of issuing one or more Letters of Credit hereunder. Without limitation of Administrative Agent’s discretion to identify any Person as an LC Issuer, no Person shall be designated as an LC Issuer unless such Person maintains reporting systems acceptable to Administrative Agent with respect to letter of credit exposure and agrees to provide regular reporting to Administrative Agent satisfactory to it with respect to such exposure.
LC Issuer means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (or any subsidiary or Affiliate of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. designated by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.) in its capacity as an issuer of Facility LCs hereunder.
LC Issuer means KeyBank or any of its Affiliates, or such other Lender that is requested by the Borrower and agrees to be an LC Issuer hereunder and is approved by the Administrative Agent.
