Lead Criteria definition

Lead Criteria shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.2.
Lead Criteria means the specific physical and chemical properties established by the RFC in the applicable Project Plan for identifying a Lead Compound.
Lead Criteria means the criteria for a Collaboration Molecule to become a Lead Molecule specified in Exhibit B.

Lead Criteria means those parameters for Leads described on Exhibit A.
