Lead Operator definition

Lead Operator has the meaning given to it in the Ticketing and Settlement Agreement;
Lead Operator means the Member of a consortium or joint venture to whom effective control over day-to-day management of an element of the operation of the Franchise has been assigned by the consortium or joint venture.
Lead Operator means the single entity or Joint Venture that will be primarily responsible for operations, maintenance and/or rehabilitation in connection with the Project. If this role will be performed by a Joint Venture, then all members or partners of that Joint Venture will be considered to be the Lead Operator and, consequently, each of them will be considered to be Core Proposer Team Members. If any or all of the role of the Lead Operator will be self-performed by Developer, then, for the purposes of the SOQ Submission Requirements and the Procuring Authorities’ review and evaluation of SOQs, the Equity Members of the relevant Proposer will, in addition to being considered as Equity Members, also be considered to be a Joint Venture that must submit the same information that is required by the SOQ Submission Requirements to be submitted in respect of a Lead Operator, to the extent of such self-performance.

Lead Operator means, subject to Clause 4-55 below, in respect of a Compulsory Inter-available Flow, the Operator determined as such in accordance with Clauses 4-19 and 4-28 below.
