Lead Party definition

Lead Party has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.1.
Lead Party means the Party whose policies are determined under section 3.1 to apply to an Invention.
Lead Party means the Applicable Party if there is only one Applicable Party for all Inventors, or as otherwise determined under section 4.2.

Examples of Lead Party in a sentence

  • The other Party will reasonably assist the Lead Party in defending such Proceeding and cooperate in any such litigation at the request and expense of the Lead Party.
