Lead Party has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.1.

Lead Party means the Party whose policies are determined under section 3.1 to apply to an Invention.

More Definitions of Lead Party

Lead Party means the Party as determined under clause 5.6.0 of the Sub-agreement and clause 19 of this Agreement.
