Lead Securitization Trust definition

Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.

Lead Securitization Trust means the trust established under the Note A-1 PSA.

Lead Securitization Trust means during the period from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the trust established under the Note A-1 PSA in connection with the Note A-1 Securitization.

• The Lead Securitization Note Holder (including, as the context requires, the Depositor, Master Servicer, Special Servicer, Trustee or controlling class representative (or analogous term) relating to the related Lead Securitization Trust, on behalf of such Lead Securitization Note Holder) shall be a third-party beneficiary of the foregoing provision.

• In addition, if any B Note is included in the Lead Securitization Trust, the provisions of this Section 11 shall not apply.

• Prior to the Lead Securitization Date or if each B Note is no longer included in the Lead Securitization Trust, the provisions of this Section 11 shall apply.

• The provisions of this Section 11 shall only apply at such time that B Notes are not included in the Lead Securitization Trust or any other Securitization Trust.

• The provisions of this Section 12 shall only apply at such time that B Notes are not included in the Lead Securitization Trust or any other Securitization Trust.

More Definitions of Lead Securitization Trust

Lead Securitization Trust means the trust established under the Note A-1 Securitization, provided that if the Note A-1 Securitization is not the First Securitization, (a) during the period from and after the First Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the trust established under the First Securitization PSA in connection with the First Securitization and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the trust established under the Note A-1 PSA.

Lead Securitization Trust means any securitization trust that includes the Lead Note A.

Lead Securitization Trust means (a) during the period from and after the WFCM 2016-NXS6 Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the trust established under the WFCM 2016-NXS6 PSA in connection with the WFCM 2016-NXS6 Securitization and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the trust established under the Note A-1 Securitization.

Lead Securitization Trust means the trust established under the JPMDB 2017-C7 PSA.

Lead Securitization Trust means the trust established under the CD3 PSA.

Lead Securitization Trust means (a) during the period from and after the Note A-4 Securitization Date and prior to the JPMDB 2017-C7 Securitization Date, the trust established under the Note A-4 PSA in connection with the Note A-4 Securitization and (b) from and after the JPMDB 2017-C7 Securitization Date, the trust established under the JPMDB 2017-C7 PSA.

Lead Securitization Trust means (a) during the period from and after the Securitization of any Non-Lead Note and prior to the Securitization of Note A-5, the trust established under the securitization for the First Non-Lead Note or portion thereof, and (b) on and after the Securitization of Note A-5, the trust established under the Note A-5 Securitization.
