Lease Deed definition

Lease Deed means the lease deed entered into between the Concessionaire and the Authority for the Site as per the format provided in the Schedules to this Concession Agreement.
Lease Deed means this lease deed executed between THE LESSOR and THE LESSEE and shall include all the annexures thereto and any amendment/modifications made to this lease deed in accordance with the terms hereto.
Lease Deed means the plot of land is allotted on lease basis to NBCC and it is signed between NBCC & BRAB.

Lease Deed means this document;
