The Basic Term for the lease of the Aircraft hereunder shall commence on the Delivery Date and shall end on the Lease Expiry Date, or such earlier date on which this Lease is terminated in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Each such option to renew shall be exercised upon written revocable notice from Lessee to Lessor given not less than 300 days prior to (i) the Lease Expiry Date or (ii) the last day of the Renewal Term then in effect, as the case may be.
