Lease Form and "Participation Agreement Form" shall have the respective meanings specified in Schedule VI to the Note Purchase Agreement.
Lease Form means the form lease attached hereto as Exhibit 3.

Lease Form means the form of lease attached hereto as Exhibit 2, subject to commercially reasonable changes necessary to reflect Property-specific provisions negotiated in good faith by the parties and to conform to requirements of the jurisdiction in which the applicable Property is located in accordance with Section 2.17 hereof.

As used herein, the term "Lease" shall mean the Lease Form, this Addendum, and all other addenda, exhibits, and attachments to the Lease Form referred to in the Lease Form or in this Addendum.
Lease Form means Form 31. Mid-Lease Sale means a sale by the landlord of the Premises to a Third Party Purchaser at any time during the Term of this agreement.
