Lease Form definition

Lease Form and "Participation Agreement Form" shall have the respective meanings specified in Schedule VI to the Note Purchase Agreement.
Lease Form means the form lease attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
Lease Form means pages 1 and 2 of this agreement.

More Definitions of Lease Form

Lease Form means the form lease attached hereto as Schedule 4.
Lease Form means the form of lease attached hereto as Exhibit 2, subject to commercially reasonable changes necessary to reflect Property-specific provisions negotiated in good faith by the parties and to conform to requirements of the jurisdiction in which the applicable Property is located in accordance with Section 2.17 hereof.
Lease Form means the standard form of lease to be used by Borrower for all leases relating to the Mortgaged Property which has been approved by Lender as of the Closing Date or as may be approved by Lender thereafter, and as the same may, from time to time thereafter, be amended by Borrower with the approval of Lender, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Lease Form means the printed lease form, together with all exhibits and attachments thereto, to which this Addendum is attached. As used herein, the term "Lease" shall mean the Lease Form, this Addendum, and all other addenda, exhibits, and attachments to the Lease Form referred to in the Lease Form or in this Addendum.
Lease Form means Form 31. Mandatory Provisions means provisions under the Residential Tenancies Act 1999 (NT) that imply terms into, or give rise to rights or obligations on the part of the landlord or the tenant under, this agreement which cannot be excluded, modified or restricted. Mid-Lease Sale means a sale by the landlord of the Premises to a Third Party Purchaser at any time during the Term of this agreement.
Lease Form means Form L1 at pages 1 to 4 of this agreement.
