Lease Form definition

Lease Form and "Participation Agreement Form" shall have the respective meanings specified in Schedule VI to the Note Purchase Agreement.
Lease Form means the form lease attached hereto as Exhibit 3.

More Definitions of Lease Form

Lease Form means the form lease attached hereto as Schedule 4.
Lease Form means the form of lease attached hereto as Exhibit 2, subject to commercially reasonable changes necessary to reflect Property-specific provisions negotiated in good faith by the Parties and to conform to requirements of the jurisdiction in which the applicable Property is located in accordance with Section 2.17 hereof.
