Lease Rights definition

Lease Rights means the rights to vote on, consent to, or approve of decisions made by Landlord with respect to actions, decisions, approvals, waivers, consents, declarations of default, exercise of remedies or other matters under this Lease, whether through ownership of securities, the ability to exercise voting power, by contract, arrangement, understanding, course of conduct or otherwise, but not including veto rights held by passive minority investors.

  • The Developer shall not, at any time during the Term, assert any ownership rights and/or lease rights over the Project Land or the Assets and Project Utilities developed thereupon, and/ or any other interests in the Project Land (save and except the Lease Rights to the Commercial Development Assets as set out under the Agreement), and/or any built-up structures and all other assets erected on the Project Land and/or shops etc., in /at the Station.

  • Further the Lease Rights granted to the Developer in respect of the Commercial Development Assets shall be incapable of conversion into freehold rights.

  • The Developer shall be entitled to the Lease Rights on the Site Commercial Development Assets only on fulfilment by it of all the Conditions Precedent in terms of Article 4 hereof.

Lease Rights means all leases, subleases, franchises, licenses, concessions, permits, contracts and other agreements pursuant to which any Pledgor leases any space (other than space consisting of or located at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx) from or to any person or entity or has the use, occupancy or possession of any real property (other than real property located at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx) now or hereafter entered into and any and all amendments, supplements, modifications, restatements, guaranties, renewals or extensions thereof (the “Leases”); the right to receive and apply any rents, issues and profits of or with respect to any and all Leases, including any and all allowances, concessions and consideration payable thereunder or in connection therewith, including in connection with any assignment, transfer or further leasing or subleasing of any Leases or the premises under the Lease (the “Rents”); and all other amounts payable to or for the benefit of any Pledgor under or in connection with the Leases and all rights, claims, powers, privileges and remedies of any Pledgor (including without limitation any and all rights and interests in buildings, improvements, fixtures and personal property, and any and all options or rights of first refusal, first offer or first negotiation to lease or to purchase, extend, renew, terminate, expand, or contract the premises under any Lease), whether arising under the Leases, by statute or at law or in equity or otherwise.
