Examples of Leased Improvements in a sentence
Lessee may (and shall as provided hereinbelow), at its expense, install, affix or assemble or place on any parcels of the Land or in any of the Leased Improvements, any items of personal property (including Inventory) owned by Lessee.
No Capital Addition shall be made which would tie in or connect any Leased Improvements with any other improvements on property adjacent to any Property (and not part of the Land) including, without limitation, tie-ins of buildings or other structures or utilities.
Lessor represents and warrants that the Leased Improvements do not materially encroach upon any property, street or right-of-way adjacent to the Leased Property, or violate the agreements or conditions contained in any lawful restrictive covenant or other agreement affecting the Leased Property, or any part thereof, or impair the rights of others under any easement or right-of-way to which the Leased Property is subject.
Lessor shall contribute to the cost of restoration that part of its Award specifically allocated to such restoration, if any, together with severance and other damages awarded for the taken Leased Improvements; provided, however, that the amount of such contribution shall not exceed such cost.
All personal property taxes imposed on the furniture, furnishings or other items of personal property located on, and used in connection with, the operation of the Leased Improvements as a hotel (other than Inventory and other personal property owned by Lessee), together with all replacement, modifications, alterations and additions thereto.
