Except for laptops or cellphones that may be carried by employees or as set forth in Schedule 4.7, none of the tangible assets used by the Company are located other than at the Leased Real Property.
There are no assignees, subtenants, sublicensees or others having rights to use or occupy the Leased Real Property, other than customers of the Business pursuant to warehouse agreements entered into in the Ordinary Course of Business.
