Leasehold Properties definition

Leasehold Properties means the leasehold properties set out in Schedule 6 (Properties) and “Leasehold Property” means any one of them or part of parts of any one of them;
Leasehold Properties means the Properties set out in Schedule 9 and Leasehold Property means any one of them or part or parts of any one of them;
Leasehold Properties of any Person means all right, title and interest of such Person as lessee or licensee in, to and under leases or licenses of land, improvements and/or fixtures.

  • Because this Lease is a sublease as to each of the Leasehold Properties, this Article 32 inclusive shall be applicable only to a Leasehold Property.

Leasehold Properties means the land and buildings referred to in Schedule 3;
