Upon the full execution of a Service Module or a Participation Agreement to a particular Service Module, any of the Legacy Services Agreements shall be terminated with respect to such Services and shall be of no further force or effect, except with respect to obligations that have accrued prior to such time or as otherwise provided in such Legacy Services Agreements.
