Legacy Services definition

Legacy Services means services similar to the New Services and/or services which interface with or are intended to interface with or be replaced by the New Services;

Legacy Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

Legacy Services means solely the following services to be performed by Enterprise following the Effective Date for the Legacy Clients pursuant to Section 7, in each case, as such services relate solely to the Enterprise Products (other than Tools) and/or Hosting Services specified in the applicable Legacy Contracts: (i) For the Software, ReMacs, and the computer programs licensed to Alltel (as defined in Section 4.4(iii)) pursuant to the Alltel Agreement (as defined in Section 4.4 (iii)): (a) Level 3 software support services and software maintenance services (each, as defined in Exhibit P); (b) hosting services; (c) software delivery, installation and consulting services; and (d) custom software development services. (ii) For VLM: any and all services required of Radiant including, without limitation, software support services and software maintenance services, software delivery and installation services, training, certification services and custom software development services. For the avoidance of doubt, support, maintenance, hosting, custom development or other services required to be performed by Enterprise for or on behalf of a Reseller Legacy Client pursuant to a new Software License Agreement (rather than under a Legacy Contract) shall constitute services being performed for or on behalf a “Customer” and shall not constitute “Legacy Services” as such term is used herein.

Examples of Legacy Services in a sentence

• Upon the full execution of a Service Module or a Participation Agreement to a particular Service Module, any of the Legacy Services Agreements shall be terminated with respect to such Services and shall be of no further force or effect, except with respect to obligations that have accrued prior to such time or as otherwise provided in such Legacy Services Agreements.

• If Customer elects to receive Spectrum Business Internet Services available as of June 11, 2017, then Customer will no longer be eligible to receive any Legacy Services, including, without limitation, any supplemental services or features that may not be available as part of the Spectrum Business Internet Services.

• Legacy Services – Services provided by the RIPE NCC with regards to the Legacy Internet Resources as specified in the Appendix RIPE Policies – Policies adopted through an open, bottom-up process of discussion and consensus-based decision-making by the RIPE (Réseaux IP Européens) Community, which is a collaborative forum open to all parties interested in the operations of the Internet.

• In case of RM, Xxxxxxxx and Legacy Services, the scanned images taken of the Customer’s Articles, as well as the electronically available inventory listings/data related to the stored Customer assets might be kept and processed on IT-systems/servers which are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in third countries.

• Upon receipt of such notice, the progress of any open requests regarding Legacy Services under the Legacy Agreement isterminated.The termination of the Legacy Agreement will take place three months after the receipt of the notice by the RIPE NCC.Billing issuesAll outstanding amounts for the full year must be settled unless otherwise agreed.

More Definitions of Legacy Services

Legacy Services means the following Openreach services: WLR, MPF, SMPF, GEA-FTTC (including Single Order GEA-FTTC), and Gfast (including Single Order Gfast);

Legacy Services means Vehicle Hire Services similar to the New Vehicle Hire Services and/or Vehicle Hire Services which interface with or are intended to interface with or be replaced by the New Services;

Legacy Services means services similar to the New Services and/or services which interface with or are intended to interface with or be replaced by the New Services; “LED” Means the Law Enforcement Directive (Directive (EU 2016/680)

Legacy Services means the legacy services provided under the Legacy Contracts;

Legacy Services means any Basic or other Service added from time-to-time that is not currently offered for purchase by new and/or existing Customers through any of Perth Web Hosting’s Service procurement channels.

Legacy Services has the meaning ascribed to such term in Whereas clauses of the Agreement.
