Examples of Legal Action in a sentence
If the Indemnifying Party does not undertake to settle, compromise or defend any such Legal Action, such settlement, compromise or defense shall be conducted in the sole discretion of such Indemnified Party, but such Indemnified Party shall provide the Indemnifying Party with such information concerning such settlement, compromise or defense as the Indemnifying Party may reasonably request from time to time.
If the defense of the Legal Action is handled by the Indemnified Party under the provisions of this subsection, the Indemnifying Party shall pay all legal and other expenses reasonably incurred by the Indemnified Party in conducting such defense.
You may choose to participate in this level of appeal or you may file suit in an appropriate court of law (see Legal Action, below).
The parties hereto irrevocably waive the defense of an inconvenient forum to the maintenance of any such Legal Action.
Each of the parties hereto further irrevocably consents to the service of process out of any of the aforementioned courts in any such Legal Action by the mailing of copies thereof by registered mail, postage prepaid, to such party at its address set forth in this Agreement, such service of process to be effective upon acknowledgment of receipt of such registered mail.
