Participation on the Legal Committee is voluntary, and the makeup of the Legal Committee will be determined annually or as otherwise directed by the Governing Board.
The Union shall provide written notification to the Employer of the appointment of Legal Committee members by July 1 of each year and as soon as practicable when a replacement is named.
