Legal Requirements definition

Legal Requirements means any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other law, statute, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, rule, regulation, ruling or requirement issued, enacted, adopted, promulgated, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental Entity (as defined below).

Legal Requirements means any and all laws (statutory, judicial or otherwise), ordinances, regulations, judgments, orders, directives, injunctions, writs, decrees or awards of, and any Contracts with, any Governmental Authority, in each case as and to the extent applicable to such person or such person’s business, operations or Properties.

Legal Requirements means, as to any Person, the articles of incorporation, bylaws or other organizational or governing documents of such Person, and any requirement under a Permit, and any Governmental Rule in each case applicable to or binding upon such Person or any of its properties or to which such Person or any of its property is subject.

Legal Requirements means all applicable laws, statutes and ordinances (including codes, approvals, permits and zoning regulations and ordinances) and the orders, rules, regulations, interpretations, directives and requirements of all federal, state, county, city and borough departments, bureaus, boards, agencies, offices, commissions and other sub-divisions thereof, or of any official thereof, or of any other governmental, public or quasi-public authority, whether now or hereafter in force.

Legal Requirements means all laws, statutes, ordinances, orders, rules, regulations, permits, licenses, authorizations, directions and requirements of all governments and governmental authorities, which now or hereafter may be applicable to the Premises and the operation of the Hotels.
