Lender Counterparties definition

Lender Counterparties means each Lender and each Affiliate of a Lender to whom Lender Hedging Obligations are owed.

Lender Counterparties means and includes any Lender and any Affiliate thereof party to a Swap Agreement or a Cash Management Agreement (notwithstanding the respective Lender subsequently ceases at any time to be a Lender under this Agreement for any reason), together with such Xxxxxx’s or Affiliate’s successors and assigns (if any).

Lender Counterparties has the meaning set forth in Section 10.01(e).

• Mortgagee has been appointed to act as Mortgagee hereunder by Lenders and, by their acceptance of the benefits hereof, Lender Counterparties.

More Definitions of Lender Counterparties

Lender Counterparties means each Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender or an Arranger or an Affiliate of an Arranger counterparty to a Secured Hedge Agreement (including any Person who was a Lender (and any Affiliate thereof) as of the Closing Date but subsequently, whether before or after entering into a Secured Hedge Agreement, ceases to be a Lender), provided, such Affiliate appoints the Collateral Agent as its agent and agrees to be bound by the Loan Documents as a Secured Party.

Lender Counterparties means (a) each Lender and each Affiliate of a Lender to whom Lender Hedging Obligations are owed and (b) each Person that entered into any Hedging Contract with the Borrower or any Guarantor prior to the time, or during the time, that such Person was a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender, even if such Person ceases to be a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender for any reason.

Lender Counterparties as defined in the Credit Agreement.

Lender Counterparties means, collectively, any Persons that are from time to time party to any Specified Swap Agreements, so long as such Persons were Lenders or Affiliates of any Lenders at the time such Persons became party to any of such Specified Swap Agreements.

Lender Counterparties means and includes any Lender (and any Affiliate thereof) party to a Swap Agreement or a Cash Management Agreement as long as (a) such Person was a Lender (or Affiliate party thereof) at the time it entered into such Swap Agreement or Cash Management Agreement or (b) such Swap Agreement or Cash Management Agreement is in existence on the Closing Date and such Person (or Affiliate party thereof) is a Lender on the Closing Date (notwithstanding if the respective Lender subsequently ceases at any time to be a Lender under this Agreement for any reason), together with such Lender’s or Affiliate’s successors and assigns (if any).

Lender Counterparties has the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.
