Lending Installation definition

Lending Installation means, with respect to a Lender or the Agent, the office, branch, subsidiary or affiliate of such Lender or the Agent listed on the signature pages hereof or on the administrative information sheets provided to the Agent in connection herewith or on a Schedule or otherwise selected by such Lender or the Agent pursuant to Section 2.20.

Lending Installation means, with respect to a Lender or the Administrative Agent, any office, branch, subsidiary or affiliate of such Lender or the Administrative Agent.

Examples of Lending Installation in a sentence

• All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Loans and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of any such Lending Installation.

• Each Lender may book its Loans at any Lending Installation selected by such Lender and may change its Lending Installation from time to time.

• Each payment delivered to the Administrative Agent for the account of any Lender shall be delivered promptly by the Administrative Agent to such Lender in the same type of funds that the Administrative Agent received at such Lenxxx’x address specified pursuant to Article 13 or at any Lending Installation specified in a notice received by the Administrative Agent from such Lender.
