Letter of Credit Facility Amount definition

Letter of Credit Facility Amount means the lesser of (a) $0 and (b) the Aggregate Facility Amount.

Letter of Credit Facility Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b).

Letter of Credit Facility Amount means $200,000,000.
