Letter of Direction definition

Letter of Direction means that certain executed letter of direction from Borrower addressed to Administrative Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, directing the disbursement on the Closing Date of the proceeds of the Loans made on such date.

Letter of Direction as defined in Section 3.1(l).

• A Letter of Direction is a directive issued by an administrator or supervisor to an employee and may result in disciplinary action if the directive provided is violated by the employee.
