Liberty Capital Common Stock definition

Liberty Capital Common Stock means Distributing’s Series A Liberty Capital common stock, par value $.01 per share, and Series B Liberty Capital common stock, par value $.01 per share.
Liberty Capital Common Stock means the Series A Liberty Capital common stock, par value $.01 per share, and the Series B Liberty Capital common stock, par value $.01 per share.
