Examples of LIBO Rate Advance in a sentence
Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of any Event of Default under Section 6.01(a), the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders may elect that (i) each LIBO Rate Advance be, on the last day of the then existing Interest Period therefor, Converted into Base Rate Advances and (ii) the obligation of the Lenders to make, or to Convert Advances into LIBO Rate Advances be suspended.
Each Loan Advance, each conversion of Loans from one Type to the other, and each continuation of a LIBO Rate Advance shall be made upon the Authorized Officer’s irrevocable notice to the Administrative Agent, which may be given by telephone.
Such amounts payable by the Borrower shall be equal to any administrative costs actually incurred plus any amounts required to compensate for any loss, cost or expense incurred by reason of the liquidation or redeployment of deposits or other funds acquired by the Administrative Agent or any Lender to fund or maintain a LIBO Rate Advance (herein, collectively, the “Breakage Fee”).
Each such notice must be received by the Administrative Agent not later than 11:00 a.m. (i) with respect to a LIBO Rate Advance, three (3) Business Days prior to, or (ii) with respect to a Base Rate Advance, the requested date of any Loan Advance, conversion or continuation.
Each LIBO Rate Advance shall be in a minimum amount of $100,000 or a whole multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof and each Base Rate Advance shall be in a minimum amount of $100,000 or a whole multiple of $100,000 in excess thereof.
