LIBO Rate Loan definition

LIBO Rate Loan means a Loan bearing interest, at all times during an Interest Period applicable to such Loan, at a fixed rate of interest determined by reference to the LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted).
LIBO Rate Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Adjusted LIBO Rate.
LIBO Rate Loan means a Loan which bears interest at the LIBO Rate.

Examples of LIBO Rate Loan in a sentence

  • All LIBO Rate Loans shall bear interest from and including the first day of the applicable Interest Period to (but not including) the last day of such Interest Period at the interest rate determined as applicable to such LIBO Rate Loan.

  • Any prepayment of a LIBO Rate Loan shall be accompanied by all accrued interest on the amount prepaid, together with any additional amounts required pursuant to Section 3.05.

  • Each borrowing, prepayment, or conversion of or into a Loan of a different type or, in the case of a LIBO Rate Loan, having a different Interest Period, shall be deemed a separate borrowing, conversion, and prepayment for purposes of the foregoing, one for each type of Loan or Interest Period.

LIBO Rate Loan means each Loan designated as such by the Borrower at the time of the incurrence thereof or conversion thereto.
