Examples of licence area in a sentence
The Contract shall only entitle the Contractor to occupy the Licence Area for the operation of the Car Park at the Licence Area in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
The Government as the owner of the Licence Area whether acting through the Director or otherwise reserves all rights and powers to enter the Licence Area at all times for any purpose without prior notice to or consent from the Licensee.
The Licensee must not in any way impede the Government and its employees, agents or authorized officers in the exercise of its rights of possession and control of the Licence Area.
Tenderers are strongly advised to examine and assess the site conditions in advance to determine all necessary licences, permits and certificates which are required under all applicable laws and regulations to run the Car Park at the Licence Area.
A Tenderer shall note that no assignment, underletting, or parting with the occupancy of the Licence Area or any part thereof or any interest therein will be permitted save to the extent provided for in the Contract.
