Licence Keys definition

Licence Keys means any verification, access control or other similar programs or code included in the SPEE3D Software from time to time.
Licence Keys the unique codes issued by the Supplier in respect of each Authorised User and Smartphone enabling access to and use of the Services. Normal Business Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm local UK time, each Business Day.
Licence Keys means the keys provided by Lepide to the customer for the Customer to operate the Software. Intellectual Property Rights: patents, utility models, rights to inventions, copyright and neighbouring and related rights, moral rights trademarks and service marks, business names and domain names, rights in get-up and trade dress, goodwill and the right to ▇▇▇ for passing off or unfair competition, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database rights, rights to use, and protect the confidentiality of, confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets), and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world. Order: the Customer's order for Software and Services as set out in the Customer's purchase order form or the Customer's written acceptance of Lepide's quotation.

  • Upon the termination of this License, you shall cease all use of the ThinScale Software and destroy any ThinScale Licence Keys in your power, procurement or possession and all copies, full or partial, of the ThinScale Software.

  • Licence Keys constitute Information (as defined in section 11.1) and must not be disclosed to any third party.

  • The Licensee may make copies of the Software but concurrent use of the Software on more than one computer is only permitted where number of concurrent copies of the Software does not exceed the number of Licence Keys held by the Licensee and such use is otherwise in accordance with the Licence Key limit intimated with the delivery of the Software.

  • PCA (acting reasonably) reserves the right to vary the technical specifications of the Software and Service at any time, or change Account Codes, Licence Keys or Passwords, giving the Customer prior reasonable notice where such changes will materially adversely affect the Customer.
