Licence Keys definition

Licence Keys means any verification, access control or other similar programs or code included in the SPEE3D Software from time to time.
Licence Keys means a software licencing management and security tool or other device that allows the Customer to access the Solution, which tool or other device may have an expiration date;
Licence Keys means the keys provided by Lepide to the customer for the Customer to operate the Software. Intellectual Property Rights: patents, utility models, rights to inventions, copyright and neighbouring and related rights, moral rights trademarks and service marks, business names and domain names, rights in get-up and trade dress, goodwill and the right to xxx for passing off or unfair competition, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database rights, rights to use, and protect the confidentiality of, confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets), and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, renewals or extensions of, and rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world. Order: the Customer's order for Software and Services as set out in the Customer's purchase order form or the Customer's written acceptance of Lepide's quotation.

  • licence means a licence granted under this Act;

  • CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including any REO Mortgage Loan) and for any Distribution Date, the amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. For the avoidance of doubt, the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
