Licences and Permits definition

Licences and Permits means all licences, permits, filings, authorizations, approvals or indicia of authority Related to the Business or required for the ownership and/or operation of the Business and/or the Assets.

Licences and Permits means all the licences, permits, certificates, approvals, consents, registrations, orders, grants and other authorizations and rights held by or issued for the benefit of the Vendors and related to the Business including, but not limited to, the Forest Tenures and Environmental Permits;

Examples of Licences and Permits in a sentence

• The period of validity under Article 26 of the Law of Georgia on Licences and Permits for applications submitted to the LEPL called the Regulation Agency for Medical Activities, in order to obtain permits for clinical trials of pharmacological products, an authorised pharmacy, and for manufacturing pharmaceutical products, shall be extended by 30 calendar days.

• If a licence or permit holder fails to fulfil the licence or permit conditions after the expiry of the period fixed after the imposition of a tripled fine, the imposed fine shall be tripled according to the rule laid down by the Law of Georgia on Licences and Permits.

• Failure of a licence or permit holder to fulfil licence or permit conditions within the period fixed after the imposition of an administrative penalty shall result in tripling the imposed fine according to the rule laid down by the Law of Georgia on Licences and Permits.

• The procedure for revoking a licence/permit for a respective medical activity shall be provided for by the Law of Georgia on Licences and Permits.

• A forensic-medical examination and a forensic-psychiatric examination may only be conducted by an appropriately certified physician in a medical institution authorised by the Law of Georgia on Licences and Permits.

Licences and Permits has the meaning attributed to such term in Section 3.1(t);
