License Area definition

License Area means the subject matter and grade, or the position a license authorizes an individual to teach or work in.
License Area means any area which is the subject of a license;
License Area means, with respect to an In Situ Research and Development Testing License, an area described in the license application within which all affected land and water is contained.

  • Licensee agrees to immediately clean up the License Area and leave all buildings in a broom clean condition after the event and pay the cost of any repairs to the License Area required as a result of the scheduled event to the reasonable satisfaction of the Licensor.

More Definitions of License Area

License Area means, individually and collectively for all licensed City Poles, the portion of the City Poles approved for installation of Equipment, including pole tops, conduits housing the circuits delivering power to the City Poles and street light pull boxes and other City Property necessary for access.
License Area means the geographic information identifying each City Asset on which Licensee is authorized to install, operate and maintain Equipment under a Site License. The License Area will be identified in Exhibit A-1 to each Site License.
