License Area means the subject matter and grade, or the position a license authorizes an individual to teach or work in.

Examples of License Area in a sentence

  • Licensee agrees to immediately clean up the License Area and leave all buildings in a broom clean condition after the event and pay the cost of any repairs to the License Area required as a result of the scheduled event to the reasonable satisfaction of the Licensor.

  • If Licensee fails to restore the License Area after the expiration or termination of the Term to the Licensor’s satisfaction, Licensor may, without further notice to Licensee or duty to account to Licensee, and at Licensee's sole cost and expense, restore the License Area to its previous condition.
