License Key definition

License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.
License Key means the coded token or username and password or other form of access control issued by Vocera which enables End User to use the Software.
License Key means a serial number that enables You to activate and use the Software.

Examples of License Key in a sentence

  • For each type of Subscription Term under this Agreement, Your Term shall begin immediately once all applicable licensing fees have been paid and Licensor or Licensor’s authorized representative issues a Valid License Key.

  • When the Software is activated using a subscription License Key or subscription License File, the term of the license granted herein is limited to the period of time (the "Subscription Term" or the "Term") for which Licensee subscribed as indicated on Licensee's invoice or order receipt for the Software.

  • You may install the Software on more than one computer, provided however, that no more than two computers per Valid License Key may use the Software as described below.

  • Each Valid License Key permits the use of the Software on up to two computers.
