License Rights definition

License Rights means, collectively, all Copyright License Rights, Patent License Rights and Trademark License Rights.
License Rights means any Grantor rights that were obtained through the grant, by the Grantor, of rights to a third party under the Product Patents or Product Trademarks.

  • Upon receipt of such written notice, Licensor shall have the right to continue such prosecution and/or maintenance on its own name at its own expense in which event any rights to the patent and any relevant License pertaining to those Patent License Rights listed in ARTICLE 1, Paragraph 2, shall be automatically terminated as to the subject matter claimed in said patents and/or applications.

License Rights means the rights for PLL to take a license of the Licensed Products in accordance with the terms of Part 3 of this Agreement.
