License Rights means, collectively, all Copyright License Rights, Patent License Rights and Trademark License Rights.

  • Offers that propose delivery of technical data, NCS, or NCS documentation subject to Limited Rights, Restricted Rights, or Specifically Negotiated License Rights will be considered.
