License Transaction definition

License Transaction means the agreement between PepsiCo and DPSG containing a license to produce, distribute, market, price, and sell DPSG Beverages in the United States, dated on or about December 7, 2009.
License Transaction means the interactions between a license holder or applicant and the Superintendent that result in issuance of:

More Definitions of License Transaction
