License Unit definition

License Unit means a unit of measurement used to determine the number of Reporting Points purchased by Customer that Customer will use to collect information about its assets.
License Unit has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
License Unit means the measurement of Software use (e.g., aggregate daily volume of data indexed, number of search and/or compute units, number of monitored accounts, virtual CPUs, user seats, use cases, applications, storage capacity, etc.), as measured by Harness in its sole discretion, and as set forth in the applicable Order Form. All Order Forms are hereby incorporated into, supplement, and form a part of this Agreement. “Order Form” means an ordering document or online order that sets forth the applicable Software or Services (as defined below), fees and payment terms and start and end dates (as applicable) and is entered into between Customer and Harness, or Customer and an authorized reseller.
