Licensed Fields definition

Licensed Fields means the fields of Human In Vitro Diagnostics, Food Testing, and Environmental Testing.

Licensed Fields collectively means:

• The Licensee shall provide written annual reports on its product development progress or efforts to commercialize under the Commercial Development Plan for each of the Licensed Fields of Use within sixty (60) days after December 31 of each calendar year.

More Definitions of Licensed Fields

Licensed Fields means the Consumer, Nutraceutical, Professional, Laboratory and Other Medical Fields defined above.

Licensed Fields means the 3G Field and/or LTE Field.

Licensed Fields means the RESEARCH FIELD and the APPLICATION FIELDS.

Licensed Fields means all uses except Therapeutics. For clarity, the Licensed Fields, include without limitation, the Field (as originally defined in the Agreement), the Air Care Field, the Topical Use Field, the Other Uses Field and the Fine Fragrance and Deodorant Use Field.
