Licensed health care facilities definition

Licensed health care facilities means facilities licensed under chapter 23-16 of the North Dakota Century Code.
Licensed health care facilities means any organization licensed by the department for the following services: adult day care center, assisted living facility, ambulatory surgical center, diagnostic and treatment center, end stage renal disease facility, general, acute, special and limited service hospitals, home health agency, hospice facility, hospital infirmary, intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded or intellectually and developmentally disabled, limited diagnostic and treatment center, nursing facility, skilled nursing facility, rural health clinic.
